Cullen Baggett
Podcast Host, Social Media Manager, Bracketologist, and Statistician
Cullen was first introduced to Bible Quizzing in the 8th grade after a demonstration at his church. He quizzed from the 8th grade through the end of high school with Temple (TN). In that time, Temple won three major tournaments and two national #1 rankings. Since graduation, Cullen has stayed involved; quiz-mastering, competing in spectacular tournaments, producing tournament brackets, and hosting the Bible Quizzer podcast. Bible Quizzing greatly strengthened his faith and helped him draw closer to the Lord, ultimately changing his life. He currently works as a Commercial Finance Analyst and lives with his wife in the greater Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Aside from Bible Quizzing, Cullen is an avid Texas Longhorn and Green Bay Packers fan and enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and teaching 6th grade Life Group at his church.

Peter Cler
Webmaster and IT Guy
Peter has been Bible Quizzing adjacent for most of his life. He quizzed for several years in his Elementary, Middle School, and High School years for Old Paths (PA). Starting in 2016, he has gotten the opportunity to help with the IT setup and administration of several Tournaments including CI, Athens, and AACS Nationals as well as quiz mastering at Nationals. He works as an Enterprise Applications Manager and lives in southeast Pennsylvania with his wife and young boy.

Micah Folkers
CQA Founder and "Bible Quiz Evangelist"
Micah began Bible Quizzing in 7th grade, and was part of three different teams throughout his quizzing career -- namely, the Z Team (Bethel Calvary), Fellowship (SC), and Falls (WI). Although it was a love of competition that drew Micah to Bible Quizzing, the Holy Spirit used the Scripture Micah was memorizing to ignite a passion for Christ, and completely change his life. In his final two years of high school, Micah's team won trophies in several major tournaments. Immediately following his graduation from Bible college, Micah spent six months in Cameroon. During this time he worked together with Godwill Penn to start the Cameroon Quizzing Association, a league of 14-16 teams from throughout the country. He is now teaching middle school Bible at Academy of Excellence in inner-city Milwaukee, as well as advancing Bible quizzing in churches and schools throughout the United States. In addition to his passion for Bible Quizzing, Micah enjoys playing tuba in his church orchestra, weightlifting, audio drama, and a good mocha frappe.

Allison Castner

Allison has taught at her alma mater, Faith Baptist Schools in Canoga Park, California for 27 years. Unfortunately, Faith Baptist did not have a Bible Quiz program when she was student in the 1980’s, otherwise it would have been her sport. She has coached Bible Quiz since 2010. No instructions were left from previous coaches—just the fine arts manual. Another regional team in California (Mountain View) introduced her to national quizzing through the Colorado Invitational. During her first trip to Colorado she met Matt West, who greatly helped her as a coach and quizmaster. Together, they established the California Annual Spectacular Tournament in June 2014, which today she continues to organize in conjunction with the ministries of Bethel Baptist Carson and First Baptist Long Beach. Her goal is to give every coach the tools they need to sink the Word of God into their quizzers so that everyone can grow closer to God and be molded into Christ’s image.

Godwill Penn
CQA Director
Godwill trusted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior when he was 9 years old. At 14 years old, he was part of a local quiz team at Living Hope Baptist Church in Sabga, Cameroon and was the top quizzer of his team. Sadly, that quizzing association only lasted for a year. Because of his love for the Bible and great desire to learn God’s Word, Godwill spent three years at Timothy Bible Institute in Yaoundé. During his last year at the institute, he worked with Micah Folkers to start the Cameroon Quizzing Association. Godwill now serves as the CQA director. In addition to the CQA ministry, he also runs Holiday Bible schools throughout the country and is involved with the Cameroon radio ministry.
