The 2026 Mid-America Association of Christian Schools Bible, Academics, and Fine Arts Competition held their Bible Quiz tournament for Junior High and Senior High on March 11th. Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa, hosted the tournament as they have since 2016. Unlike other State Tournaments, this is a regional tournament for AACS schools in the “Mid-America” region, officially Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska, but also open to other states including Minnesota.
Senior High saw Shawnee Mission Christian School of Westwood, KS (Kansas City area) win the division, with second place going to cross state rival Cornerstone Family Schools of Topeka, KS. Woodcrest Baptist Academy from Fridley, MN placed third.
Mid American State Tournament 2026
Junior High saw Shawnee Mission Christian School of Westwood, Kansas again atop the leader board, followed by Woodcrest Baptist of Fridley, Minnesota in 2nd, and Abilene Baptist Academy of Abilene, Kansas in 3rd.
